25 YEARS AGO, a powder hound was in a helicopter flying over the Uinta Mountains, a half-hour drive from Park City. He saw a series of bowls with big mountain lines, chutes galore, and trees placed as if skiers had done the planting themselves.
Why aren’t we skiing that?
– he thought.
What makes that ‘goldilocks’ powder so good? You float easily, save energy, and almost always get face shots, which look really cool in your photos.

43,000 acres of private cat skiing terrain
Picture what it would be like to ski and ride all that pow without anyone running over your skis to get the freshies first.
Finally, swap the lifts and lift lines for 12-person, heated snowcats. While you’re relaxing between runs, the snowcat brings you to your next descent.
That is the PC Powder Cats experience. In the skiing world, it doesn’t get any better.
